📌 Villa Cancellation Policy
1. 21 days or more before check-in
Full refund (excluding processing fees). Refund will be processed within 4–5 working days.
2. Less than 21 days before check-in
No refund. Booking may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
3. Within 12 days of check-in
No refund and no rescheduling.
4. Important Note
No exceptions will be made for personal reasons such as medical issues, travel delays, or bereavement.
🛡️ Security Deposit Policy
To ensure a smooth and comfortable stay for everyone, we collect a refundable security deposit of ₹5,000/- at check-in.
1. Purpose This deposit helps cover any unintentional damages or breakages and ensures the villa is well-maintained for all guests.
2. Refund After a quick inspection at check-out, the full deposit will be returned immediately or within 6 hours. In case of any deductions (for damages or rule violations), we will communicate clearly and refund the remaining amount.
3. Peace of Mind Most guests have a wonderful stay without any issues, and the deposit is usually returned in full. Our aim is to keep your experience hassle-free while keeping the villa safe and comfortable.

🚗 Parking
Parking available for up to 4–5 cars or 1 traveler bus.
👥 Guests & Stay Capacity
- Tariff includes accommodation for 6 guests.
- ₹2,000/- per additional guest per night (above 5 years).
- The villa has 3 bedrooms with double beds (ideal for 9–12 guests).
- Extra guests will be provided with comfortable floor mattresses.
🐾 Pets
We regret that pets are not permitted on the property.
🚬 Smoking & Alcohol
- Permitted only within the villa compound.
- Strictly prohibited inside the swimming pool.

Smoking zones:
- Designated area at the back of the villa
- Living room (not inside bedrooms)
Kindly use ashtrays/dustbins for cigarette butts, ash, and bottles. Any mess, damage, or misconduct towards staff will not be tolerated.
🎉 Parties & Events
Parties and events are welcome. Please inform us in advance for smooth arrangements.
🔒 Safety & Security
- Ensure all doors and windows are secured when leaving the villa.
- Avoid leaving valuables unattended.
- CCTV cameras are installed in outdoor areas for your safety.
- Report any unusual or suspicious activity immediately.
💔 Damages
Please treat the villa with care and respect. Any damage must be reported immediately. Minimum charge: ₹2,500/- or actual repair/replacement cost (whichever is higher).
⚠️ Strictly Prohibited
- Possession, sale, or use of drugs or narcotics.
- Any activity illegal under Indian law.
🏊 Swimming Pool Guidelines
- Pool hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (due to noise restrictions).
- No diving, jumping, or risky stunts.
- No smoking, drinking, or eating inside the pool.
- Do not throw garbage or sharp objects in the water.
- Avoid damaging the pool filter or lining.
🔑 Guest Assistance
Our relative and manager, Gopal, will personally assist you during check-in and check-out.
⚠️ Safety Advisory
The villa is located on top of a hill, and the approach road can be challenging at night. For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to leave the property late at night.
This rule is strictly enforced to prevent accidents, especially risks related to drunk driving on steep and unsafe roads.
If required, please feel free to ask our team to assist in safely driving your car uphill.
